These Terms apply to all projects under LA Unseen Series, LA Unseen Book, and Nesha Denise (pen name).

Our platforms are not intended for children under 13. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to participate in contests or submit content.

When using our website, Discord, or related spaces, you agree to respect community guidelines, avoid harassment/spam/illegal activities, and not exploit or misuse our platforms. We reserve the right to remove users who violate these rules.

Participation is free unless otherwise stated. Winners are chosen fairly. In the event of ties or disputes, LA Unseen reserves final authority. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

By submitting content (names, artwork, writing, or other creative input), you grant LA Unseen the perpetual right to use, adapt, display, and incorporate your submission into current or future projects. You retain authorship and will be credited where reasonable. Submissions may not be withdrawn once published.

All content (books, cards, graphics, lore, branding) is owned by LA Unseen / Nesha Denise unless otherwise credited. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute official materials without permission.

Your use of our platforms is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Our platforms and content are provided 'as-is.' We make no guarantees about uninterrupted service or error-free operation. We are not liable for damages resulting from use of our site, Discord, or participation in events.
